Our office services vulnerable individuals.
The following precautions are currently in effect:
- Only one patient per appointment; only one parent per child 14 years and under.
- Patients must continue to wear facial coverings (masks). The office will not be providing masks. Children under 2 exempted. If you require special accommodation, please contact the office BEFORE your scheduled appointment as this is likely to require rescheduling.
- Patients must be on time for appointments. If you are late, we will not be able to accommodate you.
- Patients will be screened via phone or via email reminder system a few days prior to appointment.
